Program Overview
Mother And Bloom is more than flowers. We provide corporate flower gifting programs that help companies celebrate and support employees, clients, patients, and business partners through beautiful flower arrangements and access to wellness-focused products, services, and resources for women and mothers.
As a Referral Partner, you can earn commissions by introducing organizations to Mother And Bloom's corporate flower gifting services. Referral opportunities may include employee appreciation programs, client gifts, healthcare organizations, conferences and events, awareness campaigns, corporate wellness initiatives, and more.
Participation in the program is free. Approved partners will receive marketing materials, referral support, and commission opportunities for qualifying orders.
Commission Structure
6% commission on the bouquet subtotal of a qualifying first corporate order.
3% commission on qualifying repeat orders placed within 12 months of the customer's first purchase.
Commissions are calculated on the flower bouquet subtotal only and do not include shipping, taxes, delivery fees, discounts, gift cards, custom add-ons, or other non-bouquet charges.
Eligible Products & Orders
Commissions are available on approved corporate flower gifting orders, including employee gifting, client appreciation, healthcare gifting, conferences and events, wellness initiatives, awareness campaigns, and other approved programs.
To qualify, the referred organization must be approved by Mother And Bloom and not already be engaged with us on the same opportunity.
Corporate Order Requirements
Qualifying orders must include a minimum purchase of 50 flower bouquets in a single transaction.
Orders under 50 bouquets may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not typically commission eligible. All referrals must be submitted directly to and approved by Mother And Bloom.
Payment Schedule
Commissions are paid within 30 days after the customer has fully paid their invoice and the order has been completed.
Payments may be made by ACH transfer, check, or another approved payment method.
Commissions are only paid on completed, fully paid orders and are not available for canceled, refunded, disputed, returned, or unpaid orders.
